These include In-Person and Zoom classes. The class about the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can reduce stress, release negative emotions and decrease burnout. The class on Relaxation Techniques can help you reduce stress and give you tools to utilize which can increase your quality of life. The class on Pressure Points will teach you the basics of the craft so that you can alleviate every day aches and pains such as headaches, sleeplessness, migraines, back pain, and knee pain to name a few. In addition, tips and techniques will be shared to sidestep colds, the flu and other every day issues. The class on using an Instant Pot (IP) is for anyone to become more comfortable and confident when using this great appliance.
