Intro to energetic medicine through basic body movements. Many of these movements are instinctual, but many of us have lost the deep connection to our bodies. These techniques ready the body and mind for learning, reading, writing and computation. Instruction of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) will help to reduce stress, increase self-care, release minor phobias, decrease the impact of stuck negative emotions and memories. The last portion of the day is basic instruction of pressure points to alleviate the common aches and pains of daily life. How to perform pressure points on your body and where to find them for specific issues will be covered. Insomnia, knee pain, back pain, headache, and migraines are examples of common ailments that can be helped or alleviated with pressure points.

1 Hour Meeting Pressure Points
This class will focus on basic instruction for understanding and utilizing pressure points for the relief of everyday aches and pains. Some examples include knee pain, back pain, insomnia, quieting a busy mind, migraines, regularity, brain fog, etc.
