It is a process of tapping (with fingertips) on acupressure/acupuncture spots on the body while holding that negative or troublesome thought or feeling. Once learned EFT can be used by the individual to reduce stress or dissipate nervousness due to an upcoming presentation or speech as an example.

Owning an operating an Instant Pot or modern-day pressure cooker. In this class, I'll show you step by step basic instructions on how to utilize and operate an Instant Pot. Your life is hectic enough. Dinner doesn’t have to be. I will take you through the basics of set up, the water test and some simple recipes. Information will be shared for helpful websites and cookbooks. I did not understand the power and ease (or the quality of the food!) that an Instant Pot (IP) can deliver. Every working person should have what an IP has to offer.
